Meet & Greet

Due to parking restrictions, Chauffeurs are required to park in the designated parking spaces at each terminal on all arrivals.

International Flights:

  • Chauffeur will be waiting for passengers in the Customers Lobby Area.  Do not exit the lobby area until you have met with your Chauffeur.
  • Chauffeurs hold or place in their vehicle an 8” x 12” sign or tablet displaying the customer name.
  • Upon meeting a passenger, the chauffeur will introduce him/herself, offer to assist the passenger with his/her luggage, and confirm the destination.

Domestic Flights:

  • Passengers are to proceed to their designated baggage claim carousel.  All airport arrivals will be in the first level.
  • Chauffeurs hold or place in their vehicle an 8” x 12” sign displaying the customer name.
  • Upon meeting a passenger, the chauffeur will introduce him/herself, offer to assist the passenger with his/her luggage, and confirm the destination.

If, after all passengers arriving on a flight has exited the plane and the chauffeur has not met the passenger, the passenger will be paged on the public address system. Alternatively, if the passenger cannot find his/her chauffeur, we request that they call dispatch at 305.967.7474 or Toll Free 1-888-960-4442 Ext. 1 and our dispatcher will assist you.

The dispatcher will then contact the chauffeur with further directions. (Note: failure to call our office in this instance, prior to leaving the airport, will result in a no-show charge.)

Flights are unpredictable. We strongly suggest that you provide us with your flight information and passenger mobile contact number so we can track your flight and an automate SMS to keep both passenger and driver updated thus helping to avoid wait time.

Airport Domestic Flights: Wait time begins 30 minutes after the official flight arrival time ("wheels down").

Airport International Flights: Wait time begins 60 minutes after the official flight arrival time ("wheels down").

Once a scheduled pickup is established for a reservation, the wait time terms listed above will apply and wait time will continue to accumulate until either

  • the passenger boards the vehicle, or

  • the reservation is canceled by the Affiliate (if we cannot make contact with affiliate, dispatch will dismiss the chauffeur 2 hours from the established pickup time.

The following are examples of circumstances that do not stop the accumulation of wait time:

  • Delays caused by an aircraft that is forced to circle an airport prior to landing.

  • Delays caused by an aircraft unable to approach its gate.

  • Delays caused by airlines not allowing passengers to exit an aircraft.

  • Delays caused by airline baggage handling.

  • Delays caused by passengers progressing slowly to the meet location.

  • Non Airport: Wait time begins after 15 minutes after the pickup time.
